Operating Instructions

1. Open the velcro compartment, remove the battery case, insert 3 AAA batteries (not included), and screw the cover closed. Close the compartment.

2. Turn on the switch located on the left foot to activate all functions. Each cycle lasts approximately 5 minutes.

3. Control the functions using the left foot:

Press once → Breathing mode only

Press a second time → Breathing + light

Press a third time → Light only, without breathing

Press a fourth time → Breathing + light + music (5 melodies available)

Press a fifth time → All functions off
